The Strong Gurls Club works to empower all women and gurls* by building confidence and addressing mental health through strength training. We work to
educate gurls about how to properly lift weights, how lifting weights can improve mental health, build self confidence and create environments for success. Join us in building a space where Strength training for gurls is normal, a place where women feel comfortable and empowered in strength training gyms and facilities. We believe this happens by creating communities and networks throughout New York. Our long-term objective is not about creating a sole facility for gurls but embedding the fabric of what we do, across existing training spaces.
