A strength training class designed to build strength, power, and hypertrophy year-round. Our Custom Programming blends the energy of a class with the precision of one-on-one training. You’ll follow a personalized exercise plan built for your body, goals, and training history—all included with your membership.
Through progressive barbell training, you’ll get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence—both in and out of the gym.

  • 6 Days/Week Strength Training Classes – coached sessions that combine expert instruction with individualized intent

  • 24/7 Access to JDI Barbell – train on your schedule outside of class hours

  • Monthly Nutrition Coaching – individualized guidance, check-ins, and adjustments to support performance and body composition

Class Schedule Options:

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday: Co-Ed

  • Tuesday / Thursday: Women’s-Only

  • Saturday: Co-Ed and Women’s-Only class times available
